Cancel your garage rental
You can cancel your garage rental at any time by using the button below.
After you have submitted the online form you must either:
- bring your keys to our customer services reception at Welwyn Garden City
- post your keys to our customer services reception at Welwyn Garden City
Do not stop your direct debit payments until we contact you and confirm that your lease on the garage has been cancelled.
Once you have submitted the online form and we have received your keys we will conduct a payment review and then contact you.
You must clear, sweep and clean the garage. You will have to pay our removal costs for any items you leave behind.
There is a charge of £75 +VAT per key for any missing keys.
Payment review
We will continue to charge you weekly rent for the garage until we have confirmed that your lease on the garage has been cancelled.
We will process any overpayments within one week of receiving your keys. It may take up to 21 days to receive your refund once it is issued.
We will call you by telephone to discuss any outstanding payments, which must be paid before we can cancel your lease.

You can cancel your garage rental at any time by using the button below. You will need to have your bank payment details to hand in case a refund is due. We will respond to you within three working days of receiving the form.
