Our policy:

  • all staff wear name badges, give their name over the telephone and treat all customers with respect
  • communicate in plain English
  • offer home visits on request for those with special needs
  • answer 90 per cent of our calls in 14 seconds
  • reply to 95 per cent of correspondence within 10 working days
  • see 90 per cent of all personal visitors within 10 minutes
  • collect 97.70 per cent of Council Tax
  • collect 99.10 per cent of Business Rates.
